Drayton, our CEO, leads The Novas Group with optimism and creativity. He began his journey with 20today20tomorrow, focusing on social challenges. Co-founding The Novas Group, he drives innovation in all it's forms. Drayton also chairs the Partnerships Committee at the Center for Social Enterprise Development.
Lydia Lister
Chief Operating Officer
Lydia, our COO, blends creativity and strategy to turn plans into reality at The Novas Group. With a background in media and communications, she co-founded The Novas Group to empower young minds to think outside the box. Lydia stays engaged in her studies to stay up-to date with marketing, business strategies, and design trends.
Emmanuel Antonin
President
Emmanuel has been with The Novas Group since its inception, helping it grow in all capacities. He believes innovation thrives where creativity knows no bounds.
A proud Ottawan, Emmanuel coaches soccer, organizes community events, and serves on the Michaëlle Jean Foundation’s advisory committee.
Anthony Valenti
Vice-Chairman
Anthony, our Vice-Chairman, advises on growth and corporate affairs. With experience in various industries and Canadian politics, he shapes strategic goals. He is also EVP of The Valenti Corporation and Chairman of SVHL. Anthony serves as Vice-Chair of Centrepointe Childcare Services and a director of the Canadian South Asian Women's Chamber of Commerce.
