Drayton, CEO of The Novas Group, is a visionary leader driven by a passion for innovation and transformative impact. With a  STEM background and a lifelong passion for research and experimentation, Drayton has cultivated a reputation for fostering multi-industry collaborations that challenge conventional thinking. In addition to co-founding The Novas Group, Drayton serves as Chair of the Partnerships Committee at the Center for Social Enterprise Development, where he leverages his expertise to build powerful alliances that address pressing social and economic challenges on both local and global scales.

Lydia, our Chief Operating Officer, is an award-winning business professional known for her ability to blend creativity with strategic insight, driving impactful results at The Novas Group. With a rich background in media, communications, HR, and office management, she co-founded the company to inspire and empower the next generation of innovative thinkers. Lydia’s multifaceted expertise, combined with her early career experience in event planning and management, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to project success. 

Emmanuel has been with The Novas Group since its inception, helping it grow in all capacities. With experience in the political and non-profit sectors, Emmanuel understands the value of authentic connections in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Outside of the office, Emmanuel is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Michaëlle Jean Foundation's advisory committee, organizes local events, and can be found coaching a variety of sports in his neighbourhood. 

Anthony, our Vice-Chairman, advises on growth and corporate affairs. With experience in various industries and Canadian politics, he shapes strategic goals. He is also EVP of The Valenti Corporation and Chairman of SVHL. Anthony serves as Vice-Chair of Centrepointe Childcare Services and a director of the Canadian South Asian Women's Chamber of Commerce.
